This dealership constantly tries to upsell my wife on her car maintenance. We just bought new tires and had them aligned, and they told her they needed to be aligned again (less than 6 months after the initial alignment). They charged her $140 for this and then offered to clean the leaves off the sunroof for $120. Thankfully my wife had better judgment and said no, but these people are truly scummy workers. Absolutely never taking a car here again and certainly never buying a car from here.

NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I had purchased a used car from this dealer and it has been nothing but issue after issue for me. I certainly believe I was mislead into thinking everything on the car was working and operational. I drove the car for not even 1 week and a check engine light had came on and several other lights as well. So clearly this dealer did not do due diligence when checking the car when they first bought it and lied to me saying it ran perfectly and will be on the road for many more years. Hi my name is Don I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from Honda Bisbee located in Danville salesman seems nice but was I fooled. This has been the worst experience I've ever experienced at any business. They lied on the paperwork concerning my finances, I definitely felt like I was bullied into signing a contract. I recommend that you seriously think about it before purchasing a vehicle from them.

I dropped off my vehicle on May 2, 2025 to get a specific service that I know was necessary for my car. I called ahead and booked an appointment and told the service department what I needed. Even though, I booked ahead and told them what was necessary, they were still not ready to service my vehicle for what I needed that day. They had my car until May 7, 2025, because the part was being shipped from another facility. During the time, they held my car, something happened to my vehicle. Horrible management! I purchased a certified pre-owned *** there on March 9th. I waited almost 3 hrs to meet with the finance person. Since I live in **********************, I mailed my extra key and the title as soon as I got home.I never received a call or text thanking me for that. And, no one ever called me to see if I was happy with the car or had any questions.Unfortunately, I was rear-ended, and the car totalled on March 16th.
