Bought a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring. I wanted a new car bc I had so many issues with my 2018 Honda Accord LX. Oil dilution. It totally destroyed my engine in my Accord and now I'm having the same issue with my 2024 civic. And they said they have no way to test for it and to try and drive on the high way and avoid short trips. They don't stand behind their product. This is been a terrible experience. Honda of Bloomington did not recommend a new battery that left my daughter stranded. I have been with them since 1999. Since Honda became O'Brien Honda I have not had the good service offered by Brad B*****. I will be going elsewhere

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Beaverton Honda's service department, particularly with Service Manager ******* *******. I brought in my 2020 Honda Civic for a comprehensive maintenance package. On Friday, May 30, 2025, my daughter brought her Honda Accord Sport 2.0 to ****** Roseville Automall for an AC repair, covered under warranty. We were informed by **** (******) that the vehicle was taken to the Honda dealership for the repair.Before dropping off the car, I took a photo of the center console, which showed the its contents. If I lived across the street from the Deacon Jones ************************** and the next nearest ******* Dealership was 100 miles away, I would drive the 100 miles before Deacon Jones ************************** would ever touch my car again.
