Stopped in today to look at a used car. Test drove the car and asked for their best price and service history. The salesman brought back the service history and told me he wouldnt give me the price until my husband came up. They lost a sale and my future business for the discrimination I endured today.
My service advisor at Don Ayres Honda, ******** *****, is a knowledgeable and friendly asset to the ******************* She went above and beyond my expectations in updating my recently purchased 2021 Odyssey. For 2 months I enlisted *** Ayres sales personnel to find an updated used Odyssey to replace my 2012 model, but one could not be located. I found my 2021 out of the city, but it will be serviced with ******** at *** *********************** just as I have done since purchasing the 2012 from *** ***********************
I really appreciate the customer service I have received here. ******* was a great service advisor to work with! I got an oil change done the other day with a car wash, and he did let me know additional services that are offered there but I never once felt pressured into making a decision, and that is the kind of experience I want as a customer, to know what the options are but to not feel like I have to make them. Dishonest/ bait and switch dealership!!! They posted a vehicle for sale that wasnt available, IF they ever even had it. For 2 days they texted me assuring me it was there and my husband drove over an hour to RI to purchase vehicle and suddenly it was sold. I even received a text from them 12 minutes before he arrived confirming his arrival and when he got there they stated oops its no longer here, was sold and it was not removed from their system, but while youre here let me show you other MORE EXPENSIVE CARS! Please don’t ever buy a used vehicle from Stokes Honda North in North Charleston. I bought a vehicle there and within a week and a half the check engine light came on. The car barely has 60,000 miles. When they tell you that they have service the car, just know that it’s just oil change. I called them because of the engine light, they don’t want to attempt to help fix the issue.
**** ***** is an excellent service advisor! Very professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in customer service. We have bought several **************** vehicles from *** Ayres and have had them all serviced there.
Please do not give Lindsay Honda your business. I brought my van in to be looked at for my power trunk not working and for a warranty fuel pump replacement. They told me after looking my body seal was leaking AGAIN which leaked water down and fried all the electrical for the power trunk. This was already fixed by them once only months after buying this van from them, which is a 2019 with 43k on it. **** the sales person was awful. why are you asking me about my race during a test drive then pushing me to do a credit check when i repeatedly said no. told me my trade in was amazing then i got so low balled. they brought in another **** "the manager" and we settled on a deal after going back and forth and we shook on it. moments later i get another manager with a whole new deal not the one we agreed on. told me that was it or leave and that he is a "good guy" he got nasty when i told him it wasnt a good deal and came back... read more
I took my vehicle to Southern Motors Savannah with an oil leak and was told to have a diagnostic check to find the source. The head technician explained the source of the oil leak and I gave the okay to do the repairs. They didn't make the necessary repair and the leak persisted. The management refused to take responsibility, even though they diagnosed the issue. Now they refuse to do the repair that they were paid to do. I paid over $1,800 for service that was not performed.
