SOLD MY SON A CAR WITH NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER. ALL PARTS WERE MODIFIED SO HIS WARRANTY WAS NO GOOD. NOW THE DEALER IS MAKING MY SON PAY THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE WHILE HE HAS THE CAR BACK ON THE *** FOR SALE. WHEN IT SELLS THEN MY SON WILL BE FREE OF PAYMENTS.

Don Ayres Honda Sales and Service is why I have been buying Honda automobiles most my life. My visit recently was to get an oil change but my Service Provider, ****** ******, pointed out a concern with recent residue near the engine block. He suggested the work to be done and the estimated cost. ****** provides expertise and explains any issue with my Honda and problems that can be caused. I do appreciate his insight and look forward to my next visit.

I went into this dealership to get a service on my vehicle. The service was called a B4 service. Which means I am getting my spark plugs replaced and an oil change. Service also includes a tire rotation but I didn't need one. I had just bought new tires a week prior. After getting home and looking at my bill. I notice that they charged me ******* in labor to work on my car for 4 hours! Parts were ******. Which is a total of *******!!! LEASERS BEWARE: Honda ILLEGALLY only allows a Honda dealership to buy out or early terminate your lease, regardless of your situation, even if you are leaving the country and will have it repossessed! Honda dealers know this, and use it to their advantage. Unless they can steal the car back from you or force you into another new Honda, they wont help you because they know you are stuck and cant go anywhere else. Absolutely dirty! If I were able to give 0 stars I would. DO NOT do business with this establishment they are SCAMMERS! I knew back when I bought my 23 Accord with them the markup was outrageous, and there were miscellaneous added fees such as sales commission. They conduct business unethical and they want to get the biggest financial gain from their customers and that is all they are focused on. BEWARE!!! This dealership is nothing but a headache and extremely unprofessional. We bought a used car from this dealership a little less than 7 months ago, not even 12 hours after getting the vehicle it broke down on route 22, which almost caused a major accident not to mention my small kids were in the vehicle too. we had it towed to the dealership where they diagnosed it with bad spark plugs and it was down there for seemed like quite a long time for just spark plugs.
