Great experience at Don *********************** Was time for scheduled maintenance on my HRV, ****** was awesome! 10 stars ?? Went over what was going to be done and what it would cost. No surprises. Dropped it off and got the shuttle home, ****** kept me updated the whole time. Even had it washed for me ??
Everyone at Don ********************** is friendly and helpful. Our Service Advisor, ****, does a great job of keeping us up to date on the repair while it is in for service. Keeps us advised of any upcoming maintenance to keep in mind for the future. Very thankful for the people at Don **********************!

Considering all the construction, we were treated well and oil change was done in a timely matter.Dont think it was wise to tear up so much at one time. The building has been under construction for a very long time. Dont tear up one area, without finishing another. Was disappointed the car wash was also unavailable.
Very efficient, great service. Did not get pushy on extra services.
****** is always very courteous. He is a good listener and never pressures you to do what needs to be done when finances or time is a limiting factor.
