I really trust **** in the service department. Always friendly, and helpful. I never wait long and he is great at explaining what service I need and what I can hold of on.
I am on my 7th Honda after purchasing a 2024 ***. I have always had very good experiences at Don Ayres Honda and the service department has always provided excellent service. **** ****** and his team are the best. I would not go anywhere else!
First time getting our van serviced after a positive sales experience with *** Ayres and had an equally positive experience with ****** and the service team. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was super friendly and professional.
They were so efficient. I was out in about a half hour. Unfortunately, the expensive coffee machine wasn’t working. But not an issue for me.
****** ****** was one of the best advisor's! He was very attentive and even cleaned my steering well for me! Highly recommend *** ***** for service!

Exceptional service as always! ****** ***** was my service advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He confirmed the services that I had scheduled for my vehicle, was honest about how long the wait would be, and did a great job of going over everything that was serviced as well as letting me know about future service that would be needed. Also the new waiting area is beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed having a comfortable space to work from while my vehicle was being serviced.
