For 2 months I enlisted *** Ayres sales personnel to find an updated used Odyssey to replace my 2012 model, but one could not be located. I found my 2021 out of the city, but it will be serviced with ******** at *** *********************** just as I have done since purchasing the 2012 from *** ***********************
I really appreciate the customer service I have received here. ******* was a great service advisor to work with! I got an oil change done the other day with a car wash, and he did let me know additional services that are offered there but I never once felt pressured into making a decision, and that is the kind of experience I want as a customer, to know what the options are but to not feel like I have to make them. I do hope the price of oil changes goes back down to what it was a couple years ago because it was at that pric... read more
