Avoid this place. They are what is wrong with the auto industry. They will try to take advantage of you if they think you don’t know about cars. If you are a woman for example. My ex wife took her car there after her battery died and they tried to get her to spend an additional $4,000. In the end I was able to get what they recommended don’t elsewhere for less than half. They presented what was wrong with her car as ‘you can’t drive it off our lot unless this work is done’. Like it would not drive. That was totally false a... read more

BOUGHT A HONDA THERE FIRST OF THE YEAR-VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE-CONTACTED THEM LAST WEEK AND GOT A TOTAL DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE BEING HANDICAPPED I TRY TO DO ALL MY DEALINGS BY PHONE-SADLY THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-THEIR DISCOUNTS ARE EATEN UP BY THEIR ADDENDUMS-AND THEIR ORDER TAKERS DO NOT FOLLOW -THEY ADVERTISE INTERNET DEALING YET TRY EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO NOT GIVE A FIGURE-I WOULD LIKE TO BE A SECRET SHOPPER FOR THE CORPORATE AND SHOW THE PUBLIC HOW THESE DEALERS WORK-SEVERAL CARS ON THE *** HAD NO MONRONEY LABLE WH... read more

The Salesperson Was extremely nice and so was the manager, but don't wait too long to present a problem with your purchase...they don't like to make good on stuff that's wrong after you leave the sales floor...We found a scratch on the windshield appeared to be done by a razor blade (that cleans off sales stickers) that we wouldn't have noticed until we went on a trip a few weeks after the car was purchased...They would not acknowledge that it could possibly be caused before the sale to us. My car was wrecked by another driver the day I was to leave the country for two months. The trip could not be postponed. Numerous emails, texts, and calls were shared with Team Honda to as to needed repairs needed to be made. Each call was $10 a day using International calling, but all needs were communicated. Today, they told me they did not have the car when talking to several of their divisions. Hours later, after spending the morning tracking down, they had the car I went to pick up the vehicle.
