***** *. Is truly amazing. He took my car for oil change and did a great job. I am very happy with the seemless customer service and the prompt response to my drop off and pick up to my home. They are all a good team.
It all started out a little shaky with a Monday 8:30 appointment, but by a 4:00 p.m. call finding out that our car had not even been checked in for service yet and so they needed an extra day. That we did not understand why they would have scheduled if they were backed up. BUT.... I tell you.. WOW!!.. THEY REALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES! If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I had an absolutley terrible experience with *** Ayres in ***************. From listening to a sales manager get mad because "hes tired of giving in" to customers, to the warranty guy being pushy and upset that we did not want to spend any extra money, we were off to a bad start from the get go. To top it all off, the guy who sold us our brand new Honda Odyssey, **** I beleive, clearly did not double check the paperwork and vin number when selling us the vehicle. Excellent Service on an emergency situation as my car experience a software failure while traveling 70 MPH on an *******************. *** ***** was able to diagnose the problem and fixed within a 3-hour timeframe on a Saturday morning.
Don Ayres Honda Sales and Service is why I have been buying Honda automobiles most my life. My visit recently was to get an oil change but my Service Provider, ****** ******, pointed out a concern with recent residue near the engine block. He suggested the work to be done and the estimated cost. ****** provides expertise and explains any issue with my Honda and problems that can be caused. I do appreciate his insight and look forward to my next visit.
