It all started out a little shaky with a Monday 8:30 appointment, but by a 4:00 p.m. call finding out that our car had not even been checked in for service yet and so they needed an extra day. That we did not understand why they would have scheduled if they were backed up. BUT.... I tell you.. WOW!!.. THEY REALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES! If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I had an absolutley terrible experience with *** Ayres in ***************. From listening to a sales manager get mad because "hes tired of giving in" to customers, to the warranty guy being pushy and upset that we did not want to spend any extra money, we were off to a bad start from the get go. To top it all off, the guy who sold us our brand new Honda Odyssey, **** I beleive, clearly did not double check the paperwork and vin number when selling us the vehicle.
