Unfortunately, I have to give this Planet Honda Dealership 1 *. Although I purchased a quality vehicle at a good price back in 2001, I have been cheated the last 2 times I bought a car there, in 2018 and again in 2024. Never going back. They even steal my credit card info when I take it in for service. A criminal enterprise, in my opinion. I will be doing much research before my next car purchase.

Hill Country Honda is the "WORST DEALERSHIP" I've ever dealt with. The ******************* ***** *****, Lead Mgmr. and ****** ******, Finance Mgmr. are non-responsive and don't care about clients after the deal is closed. I requested a refund on 3/11/25 for warranties purchased and have not received my refund. I asked ****** ****** via text msg. for update and he say's it takes 8-12 weeks to get refund. Nonsense! I received a promotional flyer via email. The promotion states if you put down a TOTAL of $4739 your monthly lease would be $169 a month. When I went there yesterday 4/26. They told me they did not have any of the vehicles left, because it was a 2WD versus 4WD and that my monthly payment would be $450 a month and I would need to put down $8000. I am on my 7th Honda after purchasing a 2024 ***. I have always had very good experiences at Don Ayres Honda and the service department has always provided excellent service. **** ****** and his team are the best. I would not go anywhere else!

First time getting our van serviced after a positive sales experience with *** Ayres and had an equally positive experience with ****** and the service team. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was super friendly and professional.

They were so efficient. I was out in about a half hour. Unfortunately, the expensive coffee machine wasn’t working. But not an issue for me.

****** management runs this dealership, a great example of why dealerships are ruining the car buying experience and the car manufacturers reputation. They will take your money, tell you everything you want to hear and pull the rug from under you. Avoid at all costs. I placed a deposit with this dealership to hold a specific vehicle, Honda Civic Type R and also completed a credit application at their request. Made an early morning appointment (online) to bring my car in for a very specific code/sensor issue that I spelled out clearly in my online request - I even relayed the code that I had read with my OBD reader. When I dropped my car off with the service agent I was informed that it might need to be there for at least 24 hours since they were fairly busy with a lot of diagnostic work.
