My experience with Showcase Honda was disappointing and aligns with numerous other negative reviews. They add approximately $1,500 (not included in the list price) for a "Showcase Value Package" and "Zaktek" extras that offer little to no real benefit to the buyer.We purchased a used vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I went to Chapman Honda to check out a Chrysler Pacifica that I found on line. I liked the vehicle and proceeded to have them check out my *** ***** They quoted me a trade in value of $5,500. I had a balance of $3,400 left on my **** and was under the assumption That Chapman would pay off the balance and put the remainder on the ******** as a down payment. Beyond dissatisfied. I came to see a honda odyssey becausewe have a baby on the way and we needed something bigger that i wouldn'thave to work on for atleast a while. I test drove a 2011 Toyota 4runner 211,00 from this dealership in mid-January 2025. I had a used car inspection done from a mechanic in the area and everything checked out. About a week goes buy and I noticed the car seemed like it was miss-firing. So I scheduled a tune up to be done to the car. $500.00 dollars later we learned it had original plugs and the tune up did not fix the shudder. WE SELL "AS iS" CARS. iT IS FULLY EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE "AS iS" and are budget row cars AND WE ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC AND HAVE IT INSPECTED. We tell them DO NOT buy this car if you think there is a warranty because there is not.The customer took it to his mechanic had it inspected. When the problem came up he then took it to the mechanic he chose to have it evaluated. i was treated horrible after the service department rotated my tires incorrectly leaving me to have to go to ANOTHER honda dealership to have my problems partially corrected.

Exceptional service as always! ****** ***** was my service advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He confirmed the services that I had scheduled for my vehicle, was honest about how long the wait would be, and did a great job of going over everything that was serviced as well as letting me know about future service that would be needed. Also the new waiting area is beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed having a comfortable space to work from while my vehicle was being serviced.
