Courteous and helpful employees who listened to and was able to address my concerns.
I bought a brand new honda civic sport sedan with 4 miles on the odometer. 5000 miles in and the car had a recall after that my car started making a **** ******/clunking sound from the front engine bay. I brought it in an i was issued a loaner vehicle and was on my way. They had my car for almost a week before they called me and said my car was ready for pick up. Went in for a Factory AC Condenser Recall. Was told I had to sign to agree to a minimum charge in case there was additional work even though the ***air was to be free of charge per the Recall. Just a formality. Was told it would cost $6300 to fix the problem right. Meaning the heater core also had to be ***laced or the ***lacement of the condenser would fail and would not be guaranteed. I refused the additional work so they said it would take about a week to ***air because they only had one mechanic who could do the work and... read more
Appointment was easy to set up. Car was taken in promptly. Service completed sooner than expected. Very pleased!

I believe that their advertising is not truthful or "Right." They advertised a used certified vehicle at a price less dealer discount. But when it came down to the financing the price was higher than that advertised. I was told the difference was for accessories. On a used certified vehicle one does not have the option to add or subtract accessories. They are a part of the vehicle. The price listed should be the full price of the car which included any accessories that come with the car and can not be changed. This way of ad... read more
