Very friendly staff. My overall experience from start to finish went very well. I ended up with a great car. You can tell they really care about the customer and making sure they walk away happy.

I just finished the lease on our 2020 Ridgeline. ******************* and the Don ********************** team showed us the options to buy our current truck or lease a new one. There was no pressure and all the info was laid out so we could make an informed decision. We got a great deal on our leased vehicle and bought that. It was a great experience with Don Ayres Honda. They were very attentive and professional throughout the entire process. The test drive was very well organized and explained to me. The vehicle was delivered as promised exactly as it was ordered. The salesman took the time to explain a lot of the features to me and showed me the service area where I will take the car for service. In summary it was the best experience I've had at a dealership.
