Very bad experience with the finance team of Honda Bellevue. I bought three cars from Honda Bellevue. The worst experience is with its finance team. My suggestion to everyone: Do not believe anything the finance team told/offered you. No matter whether you buy or lease a car from them, the final step is a conversation with its finance team to finalize the deal. Good service and good customer service. I always feel like they have taken good care of my vehicle.
I paid them to reprogram my key to my 20** ***** ****** the key does not work. I even took the key to AutoZone to change the battery. The key still does not work. I took my 20** ***** ****** to them because my check engine light was on they told me I needed Cadillac converters. I got that fixed from my Mobile Mechanic check engine light came back on. Always a great experience while servicing my car. Quick and efficient, and the new waiting area is very nice
I have reached out to Team Honda multiple times this year to exchange my car's fuel pump due to a recall. Each time I speak with someone, they tell me they do not have the part in stock, and they do not know when it will be in stock. When I contacted them in June 2024, they informed me that they would have the part in stock in the fall. When I call, they take my information and do not return the call. Another bait and switch complaint. I was low balled in my trade in by $3500. Thats after I did not get a chance to drive their car. Their car, after I sent them pricing for it across all the car trade in values was $2k less than what they were asking. Their excuse we sunk all this money into it. That isnt my issue. You performed maintenance to keep the car in sellable condition. Sorry that does not justify a $2k price swing. Mid I would have purchased that vehicle I would have lost over $5500. Do not go there!
