My Car has been at the dealership since middle of June and I am still waiting on a part for my car stating that it is on back order and now they are pushing it back until September. During an oil change they always do a multi-point inspection. One thing they always want to due is to replace the in-cabin air filter. We always had said say no to this. On the most recent oil change again they wanted to replace this filter. After getting the car back, I went and purchased a filter for it and when I went to install it I found out the tray to hold the filter was missing. I am very upset. I bought my car at Don Ayers and they are known to be a good dealership. They are nice but I have issue with my car and since they cannot reproduce what I know is wrong with my car they charged me to do a transmission flush instead. They give me the run around blame it on someone else they can't find anything so they had said they sent it to Honda but did they really. Been 1 week get the same I am sorry we are still waiting.
