I truly have the BEST Car guy. He cares about my car, my husband, me, and my dog. I look forward to our car visit and the "no worries" because it's done right and with attention to the details. There services center is a complete rip off. They wanted to charge me 3000 to fix my car telling me the parts are expensive, when I looked up prices it was clearly less then a thousand. When I went to a mechanic they charged me $250 to fix the problem.
My husband and I purchased a brand new Honda Pilot from Showcase Honda. Our sales lady was amazing, have no complaints with her and how she treated my family. The biggest issue we have is with the finance man we got stuck with. ****** did not take care of my family like he trys to claim. When we were trying to decide adding gap and service his man changed our APR rate and never said a word. So to my surprise when I requested my contract our rate was changed. I signed up online on their website for a 30K maintenance package that included an oil change. It listed the price as $93.99. So I clicked on it and scheduled it. Went in the next day for my appointment and was told that the was an error on the webpage and that actual price was $1295.00. I said that wasn't right or fair so just do the oil change. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING . OR BAIT AND SWITH WHICH IS ILLEGAL. They should have had to honor the price they list on their website.
I have 2018 Honda Accord is has been in the shop 8 3 batteries, wiring replacement, 2 more before they replace the engine at 70 thousand miles, now the lights on again they say its the turbo. They also dont report all the work to carfax on my vehicle. They keep turning the engine light off and it keeps coming back with new problems. They will keep doing this until the warranty is expired.
