won't stand behind your product
This is our third vehicle from Bob Johnson’s in the last four years. We couldn’t be happier. We drive 2 hours from Sherrill ny to buy our cars. Ben Collichio is our salesman and makes the whole process great. We have also used them for service and that has been excellent as well.
Never ever been the type of people to blast someone on the internet. I just was there 30 mins not one person tried to help me at all. As soon as someone else walked in the door it seemed 5 people jumped to his needs.. I have s car with you guys now and I feel I made a mistake even buying the first one with you. Called to talk to someone they never call back ended buying a car somewhere else poor customer service all the way around would never call them again you could tell they gave me the brush off but had a great experience at a different chevy dealership and bought a new 17 traverse
Bob Johnson has very poor customer service. Same problem since early on, they just turn their heads and don't help a new customer.
Literally the worst car dealer in the state! Nothing feels better then the staff belittling you and pretty much calling stupid to your face. I can't believe I wasted my time even walking in the door for that kind of treatment. I would not recommend to even my most hated enemies.
Had my 1st service on my 2018 Equinox yesterday...no one beats Bob Johnson’s customer service! I felt like a king!
