I would like to rate the service department across the street a big fat zero! I had a car inspection on Tuesday and the girl charged me $100 instead of $10. After three calls to try to get this corrected, I just spoke to a very helpful person who told me they are mailing me a check TOMORROW! Not cool at all! This should have been corrected and voided on my first call to them a few days ago!
When you have a 7:30 appointment how long does it take to tell you how long it will take to fix it? Well its 12:00 and all they can tell me is that the tech has not updated anything in the computer.

Horrible, just horrible. I can list everything that has gone wrong but it will be pages worth. I advise you to buy from any other dealer in the area. I tried Bob Johnson on this last car, I have always used Vision. I have now gone back to Vision, never ever again!
Jerry my shuttle driver this morning was an absolute delight! He made a usual awkward ride with strangers a complete joy! He introduced me to the other passenger and entertained us the whole time. Made me wish my ride into work was longer. Thank you Jerry and the Bob Johnson Team!
