The lack of communication between departments is unbelievable. Nobody can give me an update on the status of our vehicle which is in for service. Our “service representative” has no idea what’s going on with our vehicle and keeps giving me bs answers. Every person blames someone else. It’s just embarrassing at this point. They’ve dropped the ball and honestly all I would have liked was an apology. I was with my wife and daughter looking for a car, and left with one of the sales folks to go for a test drive. while I was gone, my 2 year old was walking around singing and dancing- something that apparently bothered the salesman at the table next to theirs. while with a customer, he turned told my wife to have my daughter go play "under the trax." whether he was talking about chevy or a train, it was rude, unnecessary, disrespectful and WILDLY unprofessional to talk to anyone like that- especially someone there seriously ... read more

Bryan Dennis is a great salesman. We had a great experience, he was never pushy, Bryan let us take our time. Bryan also went above and beyond, I have a medical condition, hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar, Bryan got me some cookies and and water. We are spreading the word to our friends if they need a car, to see Bran at Bob Johnson. Thank You Dorothy and Terry

I do like to buy from Bob Johnson but the service department is terrible. it should not take 2 hrs for an oil change when you have an appointment. No reason to take up a whole day for something so simple.
Sam Cubiotti didn't seem at all interested in selling me a vehicle. Didn't want to give me his last business card, didn't tell me any benefits of buying from there, he even had someone else show me a car. Not a smile, just a "we can't hold this price forever" . I got a much better deal at O'Connor. If Sam worked for me this would be unacceptable. I even called the dealership and tried to email you, no one could help. Absolutely unbelievable.
