Another poor experience at the service department. 3 hours for an oil change and inspection! Where else would that ever be acceptable?? Then I get in my vehicle and they just left the lug nuts out of their package, laying all over the floor. Very professional....
Lost an hour this morning just dropping off my truck for service. Zero progress update calls during the day. Arrived at dealership after work (they had the truck almost 8 hours), and they hadn't even serviced the vehicle. They said wait - only 15 minutes for the oil chance and tire rotation. It's been 25 minutes and it's still not ready. Wow. I don't want to seem unreasonable, but I will never return for service or to purchase another vehicle from them. They place no importance on the customer's time.

Salespeople are unresponsive and dealership failed to register my car on time even after several inquiries. Happy to have my vehicle, but the experience left (and still leaves, as I have outstanding issues not being resolved) much to be desired. Would not recommend.
