Brought truck in at 8 in the morning. Had an appointment didn’t matter. No call or anything through out the day. Finally go down there. They tell me the truck just went in at 3:00 pm that it would take another hour lol I’m still sitting here never again.

I live 3 and a half hours away from Bob Johnson Chevrolet. We called because we were interested in a car they had for sale. My sales person Xiomara went above and beyond when it came to her selling me the car. She was so attentive to what I needed that she actually did some running to help me get my loan and make things easy for me to go to Rochester and buy a car in one day. Parts Dept is an absolute disaster! When you buy a car they give you rewards points. That's a joke. Trying to use them is a run around and you have incompetent people working here. Highly recommend you going elsewhere.
i bought my Truck at Doan Chevy in Spencerport NY 1 1/2 years ago and bought the easy care and stay nu protection plan. I even asked if they did just like Ziebart and was told yes. yes to the paint protection and undercoating refresh every year. Now Websmart the new owner also known as Bob Johnson is telling me no.
