I want to thank all of the Rochester Bob Johnson's. They did an excellent job for me and my husband. They went the extra mile to get the vechile's that we wanted. This Rochester Bob Johnson dealership is like family. We loved how they treated you when you walked in the door. They didn't act like you had a steak around your neck.. They weren't pushy on you. We have had problem's with another dealerships expescially one..
A loaner vehicle from Bob Johnson hit my car in a parking lot. Because it was a loaner vehicle I was informed by Geico that Bob Johnson would need to pay for any damages up to $10,000 and then Geico would pay for the rest. Bob Johnson refuted this and offered to call Geico to get it sorted out. That is the last I have heard from them. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. Unfortunately, I bought a 2018 Equinox from another dealer and had several problems. One of the problems the dealership couldn't fix so I contacted GM and they sent me to you. I received a letter in the mail about Bob Johnson Chevrolet being interested in my Cobalt. So I called and asked if it was just for trade-ins or would they give me money and I was told either and to come in and someone could help me. I came in gave very basic info about the car and was told they wouldn't be interested...wasted couple of hours of my time and were useless even after I called and confirmed. Lost a chance of a future customer and will give warnings to people about going there.
Don’t take it to their service department. Took my vehicle in because engine light came on,onstar diagnosed as emissions issue was still under warranty but guess what call back with everything but the emissions at the tune of over 2,000 dollars and one thing they said I needed I had just replaced �
