When my old car died and I still owed almost 3000$ on it I was so worried I would never be able to find something affordable. I went to bob Johnson and met with Laura Tallents and had a brand new 2018 trax the next day with an incredible payment. Laura was truly amazing and did everything in her power to help my situation. I made a 3:00 appointment to have an oil,change and tire rotation done on my Chevy Sonic. I waited and waited while I noticed many other people coming and going. Finally, I went to see what the hold-up was and found my car up on the rack. I was told that they were still working on it and that they were very busy. I had an appointment for 3:00, but apparently the car wasn't looked at for quite some time. I finally got the car back at 5:00. Two hours seemed like a long time to wait.
