the worst detail shop I've ever seen in a car dealer I bought a brand new car from them it was filthy it took them 3 times to get it cleaned. the car is registered in Florida so instead of contacting me that they received my plate they send it to my Florida address UPS which doesn't have a forwarding service. if they're going to sell a car the somebody from out of state when the plate comes in they should call you the ask where you want the plate sent now I had to have someone go to my house in Florida pick the plate up and ... read more
this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Bob Johnson Chevy. my salesman Len, is great. he takes the time to get the best deal and he makes me feel like a person not a wallet. I recommend this dealer to everyone!
Get a new service manager
They were amazing and Sam Cubiotti is the best! We love our Traverse and can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend Bob Johnson’s for sure.
