Brought our car in for a recall issue and they have the WORST customer service. Trying to upsell the simple recall repair to make a buck. So much more I’d like to say but won’t. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT seek repairs here.
I had a horrible experience leasing my second vehicle from Bob Johnson in August 2017. Now I am having a problem with the Auto Stop on the vehicle, have already had in twice. The issue happened again today and they want me to bring it back in. That’s great but they only have pick-ups for loaners. I physically (back surgeries) cannot get in and out of a pick-up. They made no accommodations. I am afraid of getting rear-ended in this vehicle but that liability will lie on them in the end!
Recently took my car in for some maintenance/recall stuff. Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Rocco, he was very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He went out of his way to take care of recall issues that I was not even aware of.
Has become the WORST Chevy dealer in Rochester. My mom bought 3 cars from them over the years, now one of her gm cars have a recall( GM sent her the recall notice that states take to any GM dealer) she brought it to Bob Johnson (BIG MISTAKE) they are not honoring the recall. She's in her 70's they're saying its the alternator ( she just had that fixed 2,mo ago so that's imposible) They've done no work on her car, the refuse to honor the recall from GM and to top it off THERE MAKING MY 74 yr old mom PAY 100 just to get her ca... read more

Was in for an Oil change on 3/5/18. Had an appointment for 11. I waited 2hours for my truck to be completed. Un-acceptable. Why make an appointment? Bob Johnson always had the best service department around. I don't think that's the case anymore. Several friends and family members have also had issues. Time to check out Hoselton or O'Connor for oil changes/service in the future...
Had a 5:00 appt to test drive a car today and was told car would be parked out front ready for me upon arrival, which I thought was a nice touch. However upon arrival I received a less than warm welcome, was asked why I was there and then was told they were unable to find the car and they would bring it me once located (not tonight). Strange. Uncomfortable. Cold. Not planning on going back.
