My truck was damages when I picked it up and manager Chris Cod refused to make it right. The damage definitely did not happen on my watch!! Picked it up on a Monday evening and noticed the damage Wednesday afternoon. He acted like I was trying to pull a fast one. Strongly recommend Brady from sales but take your car somewhere else for service!

I have been a loyal customer for many years, but my most recent encounter was horrendous. I work in Oswego county and my 2012 Chevy Equonix broke down on my way home from work. I phoned Bob Johnson's the next morning to verify my Equonix was there to be serviced. Both service and sales assurred me my vehicle was there. I phoned the next day to check the status. My girlfriend took her leased car to them for one of her complimentary oil changes and they moved her snow tires from the front of her front wheel drive car to the rear without asking causing us to get stuck in the snow 6 times on our most recent trip, and putting us in danger while on the road in the snow
