Bought a new truck this past week from Chris Callari and picked it up last Friday, the 13th. Overall it was a great experience! The only thing that frustrated me was the new N.E.R.D.S bar, Jeff was awesome, just took awhile and I was ready to head on my way on my new truck. Brought my 2013 Volt in with a charging issue on a Saturday morning right after work without an appointment. Service writer explained they would not be-able to look at it till the afternoon, since I worked all night I asked to make an appointment, he offered me a free loaner so I could go home and sleep. Fixed the problem that day picked it up just before they closed and they explained what had happened with the charging station. Great work. Thank you
Joe was great. He took good care of us and sold us a 2017 Impala that we love. Tyler did a great job explained all new things to us with a lot of patience. Joe was the best auto salesman we have ever had.
