Make appointment online for Saturday a week early. Notified that apart was needed and hopefully have it upon arrival if not to notify me. Received a no notification. Arrive Saturday morning at quarter after 7 for my 7:30 appointment and they don't have me even on the schedule. Service manager tells me we will get you fixed as soon as a mechanic shows up at 8 a.m. really for my 7:30 appointment?
