They're Crooks they sold me a used truck they said they took it in on a trade and after I bought it I drove it to work and back one day and brought it back to him told him what was the matter with it I said Sorry Charlie I got your money hit the road
Two times I called the service department to make an appointment. I was told that someone from the service department would call me back. No one ever did. Ended up taking my vehicle to the Thousand Oaks dealer (Shaver). This is not the first time I am let down by this dealer's service department. Happened before with my son's truck. No excuses Crown Dodge!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Angel confirmed that they had a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 in every color (I have the texts to prove it) and so we drove 2 hours to buy a car. Angel wasn't there so we were greeted by another salesman, JT. They DID NOT have ANY 4x4 on the lot so we wasted 4+ hours traveling plus gas. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to waste your time just come here...I will give JT credit for his professionalism and accepting blame on Angel's behalf.

Dishonest sales practices. Paul Mills, Internet Sales Direct sent me an email stating, "110% of Kelley Blue Book for your Trade!* Every day, every trade. We Take Anything on Trade - Surprise us!" Paul presented me with a KBB Valuation of my trade. I said ok, now ad the 10% as you offered in your email. He refused, made a ton of excuses why they couldn't honor his written statements. Bob Amar, Sales Manager wouldn't comment. Gus Said, General Manager was suppose to call me that day. Two days later I call him, he left on vacat... read more

Bought a 2015 Dodge Dart from Crown for my fiancee and I this my second vehicle I have bought from here and not the last... The staff at Crown are very awesome they treat they're customers like family and there's no B.S. like some dealerships play.. Once again thank you Crown for placing us in the Dodge Dart....
