These clowns send out “final notice” letters to locals in pink envelopes filled with Sales stuff. Evidently it’s no longer illegal if it has a bulk mail stamp. Regardless it’s pretty shady.
Since the day I purchased my vehicle it has not been a pleasant experience. I was told by multiple people that I should try going elsewhere but I gave it a chance and it turns out they were correct. Service department is awful and the scheduling department does not pay attention to what is being asked by the customers. One person tells you one thing and than your told another by someone different. Employees are not on he same page. In general will never purchase or trade in a vehicle from you guys again.
RecommendedEmployee was good, just the wait to get oil change is too long almost 3 hours.

Absolutely horrible customer service still trying to cancel my extended warranty which Mopar is telling me was never even sent to them. Where is my money going who knows? Maybe the Better business bureau can help because I’m paying for a warranty that doesn’t exist and am being treated like I’m the bad guy sounds like fraud to me.
I am a happy customer! I was able to lease my dream car (Jeep Wrangler 2018) and it was painless. Everyone was diligent and I had a great service.
