Took my Chrysler 200 here when my headlight went out. The service guy on the phone knowing what car it is said it will be $300 because they have to drop the bumper and what not. Turns out a quick you tube search lead me to a video on how to do it and it was the easiest thing ever. There is a small compartment under the wheel well and changed it in 30 secounds with no tools. what a scam i cant imagine how many people they have scammed out of $300. also bought the bulb on amazon and saved $30.

Cliff at Dodge was super helpful. My truck was leaking and he immediately diagnosed the root cause. There wasn’t any availability during the week I went in but he suggested a quick fix till I could get into the shop. Worked like a charm. Service department was on point. I thanks Cliff.
Screw this place they suck so bad they will give u a car just to take it back ten days later please don’t do ur business here they all suck threatened to call the police on my mom if she didn’t leave
I recently had my 2016 Ram 1500 serviced. My Service Advisor was "Cliff." He was professional, courteous and knew his job! I had an appointment for 7:30 am and Cliff met me promptly. My truck had two recalls, plus general maintenance, (oil change, DEF fuel, etc.) My experience was great. Cliff, the service adviser, was fantastic! I highly recommend all who have Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler vehicles to use Crown Service!
