bad customer service I will never going there

I was pleased with the service written and the work performed
It was good except you cannot, unable to rotate tires on my dually pickup. It seems if you can change tires you can rotate them.
Left car for two days and work was not completed. Administrative girls were confused on just about everything.

Took our 2017 Journey in for a recall, made an appointment for a Saturday at 10:30 dropped the truck off Friday night. unfortunately the engine light was on but decided to have them look at that as well.... 1st mistake. Didn’t here from them so I called Saturday @ 12:00 they said we didn’t have time to even look at will do first thing MONDAY morning... worst dealer I've ever been too, got a 1500 ram which windshiel has small chips didn't notice till after I called many times they wouldn't pick up the phone, finally they did, Made me take my truck 3 times when I was there they said the guy in charge of that was never there, praise God they didn't find a bank after 3 weeks to finance me, told they I was gonna call DMV which they immediately said to take the truck in, so I took it in and they wouldn't give me my down payment, Bob the manager kick me out because supposedly I t... read more
