Overall, I had a good experience working with Aaron Lane in purchasing my 2019 Dodge Challenger GT. He is very friendly person and supportive even after I bought the car, a couple of days later I realized one of the key is not for my car and informed Aaron, he tried to find my keys and when he couldn't he ordered for a new keyfob and he told me that he can mail it to me so that I don't need to drive back to them. I highly recommend him and definitely I will buy my next car from him.

The service department is terrible! The girls in the office are great! informative and helpful but the guys in service/repairs are either lacking communication or are incompetent. Something as basic as requesting a car wash at the end of the service can't even be done. My jeep was there for 2 days with the windows OPEN! Dusty and dirty inside because of the wind. My car looked worse coming out than going in.

I have an "Urgent Airbag Safety Recall" on my 2015 Jeep. I called them to schedule the service for this supposed "urgent" recall and they didn't have the parts on hand. They told me it would take about 2 days to get in. That was 6 days ago. I just called and they are still waiting for it. Ugh. I guess because it's a free recall service there isn't any urgency to repair it. Very frustrating and why I hate having to go through the dealership.
This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to in my life! When I had a problem and ask to speak to a manager, Dave Webber, he wouldn't even come out to see me. He argued with the parts counter girl over the phone and told her to tell me to deal with my technician. This is how you run a service department for a reputable dealership?
