Went in to purchase a new car. Knew exactly what I wanted. Went for a test drive. Once I went into the office salesman really pushed leasing. All he did was write round about figures. I kept asking why he wasn't including the discount from online that I kept asking him about. Finally got around to my trade in. I gave him all the information he asked for and the number he gave me for my 2013 car was so totally low that I repeated it back to him thinking I hadn't heard him correctly. I just bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica for my wife. The sales person Robert Cardenas was pleasant and knowledgeable. When we picked up our new Pacifica he spent over an hour showing my wife how everything worked and this vehicle is loaded with lots of electronic features we have never experienced before. I love the park assist and lane sensors. I have been dealing with Crown for many years as I have a Ram 1500 and we replaced our Grand Caravan with the Pacifica. I brought my RAM 2500 that I just had detailed for service. When I picked it up the next day, I noticed that there was all kinds of grease and dirt in and round the hood and front grille of the truck... it took me an hour to clean everything off of the truck. Totally inconsiderate and unprofessional in my opinion. This will be the last visit to Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Ventura.
A message was left that my sons truck would be ready after 2:00....so I waited until 3:30 bc my husband said they never have your vehicle ready when they say. It took 23 minutes to get the truck to me, then they drive it up and ask me if I want it washed🥺. Meanwhile, every other vehicle I saw returned to the owner was washed. Not the biggest deal in the world, but they consistently don’t have our trucks ready when they say they’re ready..... I don’t get it: why not have it ready, or not state that time? Horrible customer service when you take your car forservices Firts it takes for ever for them to answer your phone call to make an appointment Then they try to sell you all this extra services for your car! And the receptionist at the service department was so rude when picking up my car! I m Never going back!!!!!!
