RecommendedI had another great experience at Crown Dodge, and Jeep. My Jeep had an ' air suspension system' fault. Johnny , my service advisor, met me right on time; he informed me that this would take a few days. Johnny kept me up on progress and I got it back in time. And a few days later,,I have tested the air system off road. Thanks Crown!
Just had my truck serviced at Crown. I also purchased it there they have real great about taking care of everything. Scott my service advisor really has looked after me & my truck. Thanks Scott
Had a Jeep for grand cherokee for a few years, took excellent care of it, didn’t even run 100,000 miles. And the ‘service’ at this dealership is a joke. Absolute joke.
the service guy I dealt with was very nice and personable. But I got there at 11:30 didn't get out of there till almost 5:30. worst part for me was I watch them install a water frigerator. They never bothered to offer me a single bottle of water. I was there I'ma 6 hours it was never offered water or anyting. and to top it off they didn't do any work on my vehicle. service dept. can't be trusted to work on your car/truck. say it good to go. turns out they didn't do the work scheduled to do. Good To Go ! liars no accountability. did the safety recalls really get done??. They can't even rotate tires.

was told the ram 1500 I was buying will haul 12000lbs and only found out it is rated for almost 9000lbs. that's after I already bought it and they really aren't trying to correct the problem. totally scammed by miss representing the truck to make the sale. sales man was Joe Quintana. beware

WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! If I could leave a negative review I would in a heartbeat. If you are searching for a new vehicle I advise you to stay FAR AWAY from Crown!!! They manipulate you into thinking you’re getting the best deal, straight up STEAL money from you, they added a plan and charged me $800 for it without my knowledge like the snakes they are but the real issue I have is the $4500 in negative equity they weaseled into my contract without my consent.
