Great work done on my challenger I had lots of recalls that needed to be done and then they detailed my car it looks beautiful all the work was done when they said it would be great job guys
service, professional attitude
Tried to sell me things I don’t need. Overpriced. Told me it would take an hour and a half and ended up having to leave my car overnight. Service rep gave me attitude when I tried asking how much longer after being there for three hours. Also gave me someone else’s key when I asked for my house key off my keychain. And lastly, didn’t complete all the work I asked be done, so now have to take it back!
I have a feeling the morale is very poor at this dealership and it reflects in the service and the time to produce a completed vehicle.
I received fast service; no ‘surprises’ people typically complain about with service at dealerships. I felt the guys really went above and beyond; answering all my questions, telling me things I wasn’t aware of and reminding me to remember my warranty! Especially Johnny! Update: Kelsey in the service desk was amazing,, friendly and knowledgeable.
Horrible customer service! Lack of communication amongst the girls answering the phone . Won’t even look me up with my information without putting me back on hold to speak to someone else. Held 10-20 minutes each time with the run around. Quoted 1-2 weeks by Jackie that my recall parts will come in. 3 weeks later nothing! Dina even hung up on me and wouldn’t schedule my appointment since she didn’t order my parts. Very frustrating !!
