price gouging is crazy here they are trying to make up for their bad sales people Don't get suckered in look for another dealership 50k over msrp is ridiculous almost comedic
RecommendedCrown went above and beyond my expectations. Sergio and Bob were knowledgeable respectfull and masters of there trade. Multiple dealers made me feel like what I wanted wasn’t possible and sent me away in a unprofessional fashion in my opinion. I just bought a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and I the sunroof not working wasn't disclosed to me before hand. So far it has cost me $650 and I have only had it for a few weeks.

I just had an unfavorable expirence, not terribly bad just not favorable!! I test drove a car and the sales person was stellar, I clearly told him I wasn't ready to buy on this day and I thus subsequently asked him what kind of deal they could make if I dropped 10 grand once Im ready for which he responded positively and thus said he needed to ask his manager and that's where it collapsed, the manager was very cordial but didn't take me seriously!! This was a completely new but great experience buying a car during the pandemic. Eden, the salesperson, was very helpful, friendly and patient to guide me through my decision making process on choosing the right car for us and our four furry kids and then through the entire financing process. Same day service was fantastic! I dropped my car off to Erik there at Crown JEEP, and he took care of getting my 2017 Jeep with oil & filter change, air filter, tire rotation in and out in about 3 hours! Awesome! I had a required trip in a few days, so this was great!!
