FB friends, had a really bad experience at Crown Dodge in Ventura, Ca. yesterday. Before going into the dealership, I inquired about the price and availability of the Chevy Tahoe on their website (see below). Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Truck was received (filthy dirty) as soon as I got there. Problem was understood, fixed, and truck returned (washed and clean), while I waited and browsed new vehicles. I talked and dealt with both JP & Cliff, as well as the tech (John, I believe). All very informative, quick, and on point!
