Had oil change done. Didn’t want to wait so had shuttle driver take us to a shopping mall. When told car was ready I called dealer for shuttle driver to pick us up. Was told he would be there in 30 minutes. Waited 40 minutes then called dealer again to find out what happened to driver. They said he went to lunch and would pick us up after his lunch!! If we were told this when I first called we could have gone to lunch too. He finally picked us up 2-1/2 hours after car was ready.
If I could give them a zero I would! This is the worst dealership ever and worst car purchasing experience I have ever had!!!!! They are liars and scammers. So I purchased a Dodge Challenger from them a few months ago. I was Pre-approved for a loan through my credit union and they told me when signing the paperwork that they would contact them and set everything up, in the meantime I would need to sign the paperwork which had a different interest rate and different payment am...Continue Reading
RecommendedBrought my car in for oil change at 7:00 on a Friday and was out by 8:00. There were three cars before me I was told maybe by 8:30 . They were great they even offered to wash my car but I needed to get to work do I declined.
No I wouldn’t recommend it, Worst service ever! Lack of communication Denied loaner car 2 days and couldn’t do a diagnosis They tried to take advantage and charge for service I didn’t approved and they didn’t provide Rude mechanic No manager on store Cashier said I should have the loaner truck and mechanic denied it, truck was under warranty,

We purchased two jeeps and one dodge at same time. Still have both jeeps, one needed recall inspection and minor lower control arms work. Had been there in several years as each vehicle is driven less than 5k annually. They not only complied the work in short time but they also washed and checked all fluids.
