Let me start by saying if could leave a 0 star review I would. I have a Ram Promaster cargo van I use for work everyday and when my check engine light and service transmission light came on I thought it’d be no big deal in the hands of the dealer. The first disappointment came when I called and stressed the urgency of the repair and was told it’d be 2 weeks before they could get me an appointment. they are good because they do their job, but they do not keep on top of their jobs, called for recall service, and they said they will call back when they order parts, three weeks later nothing so I call and they are about to say the same thing, when I said we already done to this, I was expecting a call and nothing. not very courteous at the installations, they see you there and no ones says nothing. not my favorite but need it.

They have false advertising on their website. I've purchased 8 vehicles in 12 years with them and just went in last night to upgrade. I was very disappointed to say the least. They refused to honor the online price of the vehicle and offered me 6k less on my trade in when I received a letter stating they would give me 120% above the KBB value. I have good credit with a 696 score and was baffled at what they were offering me. They wrote the numbers with a car 12k more than the online price and said to qualify for all the reba... read more

no issue with getting and leasing my 18 challenger. service department is horrid and they don't reply. first service got the under coat and complimentary window tint. they dented my passenger side changed my radio stations and left a oily rag in my car. after 2 weeks of trying to get it fixed and multiple complaints to I. staff and the "dave" service manager text messages I brought it in to get the dent fixed. this has been less than 2 months since getting the car mind you. got the car back only for my wife to see they didn'... read more
