I found out that you did not do a 30,000 check up on my car before I bought it ,my car had 35,000 miles on it when I bought it now you want to charge me over 400.00 to do the 30,000 mile check up when it should of been done already. I left several messages for your sales manager and never got a call back. Also I made an appointment for an oil change and had to wait an hour and a half what good is your appointments.
I guess each person is different and do know that Americans are more demanding. Being from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, my new Dodge Journey lost a few gears while in Santa Barbra. The crew at CROWN have been great and truly appriciate all the efforts they are doing to get me back on the road. They don’t respect the prices listed online
I wish I could leave a zero. Started with trying to get a service appt for a warranty oil change and a pay for AC Filer change. After two voicemails and a online chat requesting one with the only response being a call from the dealership sales dept asking if I wanted to buy a new car; I finally was able to schedule a appt for Sat at 9am. Showed up at 0830am was the sixth car in line in the leftmost of three total service lanes with the other lanes also full of six vehicles each. Service department is very slow. They didn't call me back twice and after I made an appointment it still took a very long time for an oil change. People who didn't have appointments we're still taken first. In addition the extended service plan I purchased wasn't in the system.
Complaint filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you have a complaint with Crown and their practices, review the DMV site to see if your concerns are applicable, then complete and file the Record of Complaint form. Terrible dealership. Would definitely recommend buying elsewhere. If you have an honest and accurate review regarding Crown Dodge, that happens to be negative, post it on Yelp or some other source. Took a test ride and stopped at my home where my trade in was parked. Salesman was nice enough, although he fell asleep on the ride back to the dealership.
