I want to give a higher score but I have been yelled at by Tony Lopez and made feel a fool. I called yesterday and when the girls transferred me back to get price quote I hung up in fear of Tony Lopez answering and treating me nasty. So I called my go to guy Edwardo Chavez and he helped me out I still had the anxiety so I forgot to ask a few questions so I called back and now have to wait till he calls me back. The WORST salesman and customer service EVER!! David gave all false information and made a tons of promises IN WRITING!!! 3 times today! Sent window stickers and invoices on at least 5 different cars! I got shit on after driving an hour to be told they WILL NOT recognize the deal and vehicle he PROMISED WAS A 100% go!!!! Horrible customer service in the service department. Took my 2015 Dodge dart for oil change and problem with the car not starting my car was there for five hours no phone call to update me after attempting to call 4 times with no return call, 30 minutes before closing time I tried again Tony was very rude and told me nothing was wrong with my car charged me over $100 for just an oil change and told me to come pick up the car. Don’t buy your car here! They do a good job at selling you a car but everything else they suck at! Shittiest car dealer ship I️ have ever encountered. The ‘supervisor’ is the rudest, most disinterested person you will ever meet and he has intention or desire to help the customer, unless you are writing a check of course. Unprofessional. Rude. Untrustworthy. Never Again! Be warned!
RecommendedIt has been about three years since I last visited Crown Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram because I had a bad (two) in as many days with a Service Writer who obviously did not have Crown's best interest at heart. I received a five year notice for Inspection (lifetime warranty) on one of my vehicles in early November 2017. I was warned by an acquaintance not to take my car in but my husband is deployed & it's right before Christmas so I was hoping it would get fixed beforehand. I took my SUV in because the driver seat wouldn't move (electric) and the radio would not turn on, 5 hours later they charged me $280 to put a fuse they listed at $2.99 for the seat and tell me "the radio doesn't work but we can order a new one for an extra $600". Terrible selling/ customer experience. Gave two stars instead of one only because the third person (Jorge S) that we were handed off to actually answered our questions and was pleasant. The other two guys just tried to sell us the first truck they could off the lot. Didn’t listen and did not answer our questions. I can only conclude that car sales man shouldn’t try to sell trucks. Ask for Jorge if you do go here.
