After a negative experience at CarMax Crown took very good care of us. The 300 C is an awesome car
I went in to the dealership not really knowing what I wanted. I was assisted by a salesman named Johnny. He helped me pinpoint exactly what car would fit my needs. Horrible customer service, went in to for a noise my 2013 Challenger is making and the guy looked at me as if i was crazy when i explained where its coming from..claims he has "never heard of anything like that" im sure my Challenger is not the FIRST AND ONLY to ever make the noise.. not only that, but he said "theres two recalls for it" yet when i asked for what he said he "wasn't sure".. ummm well "can i book an appt for these recalls to be taken care of?" The overall service is HORRIBLE! From the "Sales representative-" Noee Ortiz, "Sales Manager-" Ali, to the "Finance Manager-" Aris Khairzada. They are a bunch of incompetent workers that do not know how to do their job appropriately. I had a different perception of Crown Dodge as my family has purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the past 15 years or so. I came in looking for a Dodge charger SRT 8 and the staff was incredibly rude the sales person couldn't be bothered to talk to me and ended up telling me to leave i dont know if it was because I looked to young and they stereotype thinking I don't have money well they just lost a sale
