So many things to complaint about and so little time to express the frustration of dealing with incompetence. I will NOT go back there ever, I do not recommend and 1 star is too many.

Worst customer service! My vehicle needed a speaker, oil change and alarm checked because it kept going off,running down the battery. They had it 7 days. I picked it up and couldn't open the passenger door. Had to be manually opened from the inside. So it went back. Picked it up the following day. Everything seemed fine. Alarm starts going off again. I love my Dodge Dakota. 2009. I have not had any problems. I love Crown Dodge. I have got great service for the only thing I ever need, Oil changes.
Not sure why this place has phones because I can never get anyone from service on the phone or to return my call. It's been three weeks now and still no call. It's all good though I'm taking my Jeep to Shaver now for my needs. They answered the phone and called me back to confirm my appointment. Sucks because I'm new to the area and I had great relationship with my previous Jeep dealer and I'm looking to do the same with a dealer in my area. Crown is really close to me but I knew it was too good to be true.
Service department is horrible. I was only able to get an appointment for an oil change after complaining to the service manager and even then it took 1 hour to get my car checked in and another 2 to get the oil change done. This place is a joke. Next time I'm taking my car to Thousand Oaks.

Their service department and customer service SUCKS. I just don't understand how they can treat their customers the way they do. I will let everyone I know how they are thank you SOCIAL MEDIA
