We dropped our 1 year old Chrysler 200 off this morning at 8:45. It has not been starting and the service rep said it probably just needs a new battery. We replace a lot of them in this model. We just stopped at 4:29 to see if it was ready. "Oh no, we just hooked it up to charge the battery a couple of hours ago". Really? You have had my car for 8 hours and your "charging" the battery. What an incredible inconvenience.
