Crown Dodge is absolutely amazing! This is a place where people truly care about people and they are trustworthy...that is so hard to find these days especially at car dealerships!! Thank you Noee for helping us into a car which better fits our family! We had a brand New 2014 Nissan Sentra we had it less than one year we thought for sure we couldn't get trade it in for a couple more years. We went into Crown Dodge met with Noee to see how long we should wait until trading it in.. Crown Dodge is run by criminals ! Did not pay their rental car bill and stuck me with the bill. Even after I called them about it over a month ago they said they would take care of it and now I am getting calls for collector for this . Now my credit has ding on thanks to you ..

Ive literally dealt with this "exceptional" dealership for an evidently easy fix that was there fault to begin with. Evidently being a quality establishment is a thing of the past or possibly just a myth in general when it comes to crown dodge.

Today was horrible I went into crown dodge ventura to see about trading my 2008 dodge charger for a 2015 model charger. i meet with a sales rep (angelido). After telling him that my husband was in the service he begins saying that he's a retired master chief with the seals and how he was shot in the head in Afghanistan. . Three weeks ago I made an appointment for an alternator recall, I was told it would be done before the end of the day as I really needed my car the next day. I get a call that essentially my car was not worked on and should be done the next day. What's the point of being able to make an appointment then? Picked up my car and other work was done to it that nobody ever explained to me or gave my consent for it to be worked on.
