I am only giving them a star because I have too! This place is shady!! They took my trade in and 3 weeks later called me to go get my car back. Me and my wife have full time jobs and make more then enough to pay for our car and tell us it's because we don't get paid overtime! What are they labor laws? Went in there to look for a jeep throughout the process of cars I told them I wasn't ready till I a couple months . We both agreed that I was just looking but when I test drove they took me to the financial advisor to talk numbers . I told them once again that I was just looking and the salesman told me"you wasted my time " Then the manager said to "what do you think the jeeps will change ?" Customer service was horrible . I rarely write negative posts but these reviews had me thinking of our experience @ Crown Dodge. Not only was the salesman extremely condescending, he basically did nothing to show that he wanted our business. After numerous calls to the general manager (most without return calls) we decided to go to another dealership for fear that the customer service would give us a similar experience.
