I already knew what truck I wanted to lease and my budget. Ended up putting more down and a higher payment, but I got the truck I wanted. The whole process went pretty smooth and fast. Might have been because we were the first ones there as they opened. We researched quite a bit on purchasing a Jeep Cherokee on-line. No shortage of scary stories here and there. We traveled to Crown Dodge because the prices and inventory were so good compared to other dealerships. In the end we are glad we purchased from them and at 15k on the jeep with zero problems and runs cool with 30 near mpg on the highway due to the 9 speed transmission. The Service Department really needs to pricing concepts. I went in for something in need to be adjusted with driver seat belt buckle which they replaced last month. That was covered on my 2015 Grand Caravan's Warranty, but I also had the oil changed and the air filter changed (in anticipation of our upcoming road trip). Getting the air flier changed was $70 and another $20 for the oil. I'm just glad I did not buy my van with Crown (It has a side powered mobility conversion BraunAbility XT bought at a mobility dealership)
Very disappointed with the customer service provided specifically from Richard Schwartz. He was unwilling to work with me, even though, I inquired about the car through TrueCar. Leads like this don't get any warmer than that! He was rude and was shocked to hear that I went to another dealership last night....even though I have been trying to set up some time for us to meet!
