When we were looking for a truck, we got in contact with the people we needed immediately , but once we bought our vehicle, all I can ever speak with is someone's voice mail, no matter what dept .
Been going here about 12 years. Doubt we will go anywhere else. Very good service in sales and service. Darren and Aris were especially fantastic this trip!

Just had my truck serviced and was riped off by the kid that changed my oil. He dug through every compartment plus my backpack and stole my medication! The service managers reply was that they arent responsible for items left in vechicle like it was fault for trusting they ran an honest operation! I am outraged!

IF YOU WANT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE GO ASK FOR SERVANDO. If any sales rep approaches you tell them you are working with Servando and ask them to find him for you. The reason why I am eating this 4 stars and not 5 is because my first experience in the dealership was not the greatest, but Servando made sure that I was taken care of.
