Good experience with Cary location. Got "the new kid" to sell us our used F150. While he wasn't completely up-to-speed on all the products yet, but he was a nice guy and very helpful. The sales manager was kind of abrupt when we tried to hold our ground on price. I guess I don't understand the car business well enough to figure out why we would be $500 apart and he would say that he would rather just sell it to one of their sister stores if we didn't come up to his price. Great car buying experience, went in looks at a used car and came out driving a new one. Sales man Mark, was awesome along with Scott the general manager, really made this a great experience.
We are visiting family from out of town and our GPS was not functioning properly. Sam took care of us right away and we were headed in the right direction in no time. Highly recommend their service department and if I lived here, I'd certainly by my next Ford from them.
It is our first time to visit Crossroad Ford indoor showroom. We end up buying a Ford C-Max Hybrid. We enjoy the car and the experience with Crossroad Ford.
Crossroads Ford Quik Lane recently helped me with buying and installing 4 new tires on my 2010 Ford Escape. They took into consideration the type of driving that I do....mostly in town....and did not try to talk me into the most expensive set of tires. They recommended medium priced tires that would be best for me. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. The wait time in a clean and comfortable waiting room was pleasant.
