I'm very pleased with the car dealership and their oil change station by the service center, but don't like their service center. I purchased my F150 new from crossroads. From the start, the passenger front door would not catch securely when closed. I took it to the service center twice, under warranty, to fix this problem. Both times they said they couldn't find the problem. For seven years I've had to slam that door shut to get it to catch. The service at the Quick Lane Service Department is excellent. They change the oil and rotate the tires in a matter of minutes. The staff provide friendly and professional service. And the coffee is excellent.
Had a bad experience, but they were on it and worked really hard to make it better.
This is a wonderful place. I just bought my second car here, and I love it. Jean Marie Poisson, is a fantastic sales person and he has helped me find exactly what i need for the second time. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car.
Great experience as always there. From the sales staff to the quick lane staff. Allen Boyd must feel good when he walks away from his car lot, his staff backs his professionalism and kindness all the way from the greeting to the sale and service. Samantha Vanstavern, Dana Pritchard and their service technicians on Piney Plains service center are top notch employees.
