The service rep was nice and professional and did a good job fixing my problem. Main issue was FOB did not eject the key when button pressed. New FOB under warranty. Programmed properly when i left. Young gentleman in service bay was cordial and explained a question i had about oil drain plug leaking oil as i loosened the plug in 2016 f150 5.0L.

I bought a Ford Fusion (the second Fusion I have owned) and I love it. I went in to look at one that I had seen online but bought another much more expensive one. Josh Crowell was the salesman. He was very good and make the car buying experience easy. Everyone at the Crossroads Cary location is friendly and helpful. They will be highly recommended by me to anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle.

Bought a new Explorer about 2 weeks ago. Sales rep Josh Crowell was the best. I hate car shopping and hate walking into a car dealership. Josh made it a great experience and I would highly recommend to any one interested in a new vehicle to stop by and ask for Josh. He might be the new guy but he made it a relaxing experience and did not push me to purchase something that I did not want. I was very happy with the service at Crossroads Ford Cary! My front, passenger door stopped closing/latching and I was driving around with a bungee cord holding my car together (yikes). I called the Durham Ford dealership first, but they were not helpful at all. We bought our first Ford a month ago. Bought a Ford Edge Titanium. Love the car but had an issue with something that was supposed to be fixed but after the purchase was told it could not be fixed. � Reached out to the General Mannager Scott, he got back to us right away.
